I can't see the most recent updates to my website. What should I do?
Try refreshing your browser. If that still does not work, close out the browser window and reopen it. You should be able to see the updates at this point. If not, please contact us and we'll help you troubleshoot.

My computer is very slow and gets stuck frequently. I mostly have trouble when I am online, but my internet connection is strong.  What can I do to speed things up?
Try clearing your cache. This can significantly improve the speed and performance of your browser.

For Internet Explorer:
From the top menu bar, click Tools and select Internet Options.
Click the General tab.
Click Delete Files (be careful NOT to select Delete
Cookies instead of Delete Files as this will remove all the cookies stored on the computer).
Click OK on the Delete Files dialog box.
Click OK.

For Netscape:
From the top menu bar, click Edit and select Preferences.
Click Advanced.
Click Cache.
Click Clear Memory Cache button.
Click the Clear Disk Cache button.
Click OK.

What is the difference between POP, and forwarding /ailiasing e-mail accounts?
A POP (post office protocol) account is its own independent e-mail account, as opposed to an e-mail alias which merely forwards e-mail to another e-mail account. When someone sends mail to our POP account, the mail will be saved on our servers. An example of a POP account e-mail address is "info@a-w-c.com" You can access your POP account through Webmail, a browser-based POP Account reader. Webmail can be accessed from any computer by going to the address: https://mail.yournamehere.com:7443/scripts/webmail.exe and logging in with your user name and password.
An e-mail alias is an address that automatically redirects your e-mail to another e-mail account. For example, if you set up your e-mail alias of "info@mycompany.com" pointing to
"MyCompany@yahoo.com", all mail sent to "info@mycompany.com" would automatically be redirected to "MyCompany@yahoo.com" This is done invisibly so that the sender does not see the actual e-mail address that the mail is being redirected to.

I have a new product or service, or a special price on an existing one, that I want to feature. What is a good way to catch the attention of customers?
We can create a flash (animated) "ad" or "feature". By using text such as "Sale!" or "New!" in the flash ad, you will catch the attention of your customers. They can click on the ad which will take them to a webpage with further information about your special.

I want to let my customers know when I am adding new products or having a sale. How can I do this if they don't want to visit the website every day?
By having an e-mail newsletter, you will be able to send notices to your interested customers. They can sign up with their name and e-mail so that you can notify them right away!

If you are looking for recent updates on a website, try clicking the "refresh" or "reload" button. This will automatically update the page with any new information.
